Lorenzo Dalberto is a well kent face around Edinburgh. The Italian charmer has, after all, been behind some of the most identifiable and iconic news images to emerge from his adopted city for as long as most folk can remember.
I was privileged to have worked with him for a time, seen close up his passion for a good image. It’s absolutely to the news trade’s detriment that he rarely ventures into this sphere to land another front page photo.
But it’s clearly been to his own, and Scotland’s cultural benefit.
His most recent collection of work Long Exposure by Lorenzo Dalberto is currently on show at the Fine Art gallery on George IV Bridge (Central Library) until May 31.
His own website can be viewed via this link.
