NCTJ Journalists at Work 2013 report

“….it is clear that journalists think changes to the industry over the last 10 years have had a substantial impact on their jobs – leading to a need for them to become multi-skilled, to produce output for a more diverse range of platforms and to cope with increased work intensity. Some believe this has led to lower job satisfaction and a lower quality of work.”
