Radio licence to print money

THE demise of once popular radio stations in Scotland has been painful listening for many in the industry.

Some stations have folded altogether, others integrated into one, many simply raped of any character they once had.

So how does $150 million a year to spend on local FM stations sound? Tempting?

Just one problem, they have to be based in Afghanistan and Pakistan and not be against pushing the US government party line.

No doubt changing ones name to William Joyce wouldn't go amiss either.
