GERS IN COMIC STRIP U-TURN

HeadLine: GERS IN COMIC STRIP U-TURN

SHIRTY Rangers were finally shamed into helping Comic Relief yesterday.
The club caved in to pressure from Radio 1 DJs Sara Cox and Chris
Moyles and handed over a signed strip.
The presenters had earlier slated them for being the only top club in
Britain not to donate an autographed shirt for Red Nose Day.
But a Radio 1 source said last night: “The joint might of Coxy and
Moyles appears to have done the trick.”
The pair branded Rangers mean after they refused to donate a shirt,
claiming they were inundated with charity requests.
But the club is now also organising a special BLUE Nose day with
proceeds going to Comic Relief.
